Depth sounding with single beam and multibeam echosounders, complemented by tidal observation and sedimentation analysis.
Hydrographic work demands careful handling of the vertical datum because the water surface never stops moving. We install and observe tidal stations over an adequate period, then reduce all soundings to the agreed datum so surveys from different periods remain comparable.
Deliverables are presented as bathymetric maps, channel cross sections and volume computations ready for dredging planning or storage capacity review.
