Systematic Complete Land Parcel Mapping
Measurement and mapping of land parcels supporting the acceleration of systematic complete land registration across several districts in West Java.
This assignment demanded both speed and precision: thousands of parcels had to be measured within a single working season while every boundary required agreement from the owner and adjoining neighbours. We deployed several parallel crews under regional coordinators who ensured daily results were checked and uploaded immediately.
GNSS control tied to the official reference network meant parcel maps from different crews merged seamlessly, so village-level consolidation proceeded without any re-measurement.
