Watershed Flood Hazard Mapping
Flood hazard modelling based on detailed terrain data, land cover and historical rainfall to support mitigation planning.
The hazard model covers several rainfall return periods so stakeholders can distinguish areas flooded almost every year from those affected only during extreme events.
The final map includes proposed evacuation routes and assembly points verified together with local authorities.
